"I had forgitten my cuo there in one of the closets (long story). I gave them a call and they grabbed it for mw to pick up. Not only was it there for mw to pick up the next day, they cleaned it out too! The day time guest service worker was lovely!"

"We only stayed for one night while driving to NYC. We arrived past 1:00 am and we didn't have any problem at check-in. The room was ready for us. The included breakfast the next morning was very convenient. And we were pleasantly surprised by the property's condition. Thank you."
