When we arrived there was no one to greet us and I had to called them for them to come to the front desk. When we got to our room, it smelled like cigarettes and we asked for a different room and got downgraded to a 2 full size beds from a king bed. The floor in the room was very dirty and there was cigarettes everywhere around the area even though it was a smoke free motel. I would not reccomend this motel to anyone.

The team at Red Roof Inn were super friendly and helpful. They welcomed us upon arrival, helped us when we couldn’t get into our room, and even mailed us back an item that was left behind. The room was comfortable but a little dated; however, we spent little time there as we came for a football weekend. It was reasonably priced for the weekend and Gameday being at Notre Dame.

Not a bad place to sleep
The toilet is running non stop and is kind of noisy Not all outlets work. The picture of leaves is pretty. Lampshades are skewed. Not a bad place to sleep. Quiet neighbors. Quiet location. Near lots of places of interest. The lady at check-in seemed annoyed, not very friendly, maybe because it's late. No breakfast here which is okay.

Uncomfortable Bed
My mattress had huge dip in it. It was very uncomfortable. My daughter got eaten by something in her bed. She had bites all over her body. When we mentioned that when we were checking out, we got no response, just weird look.

Room was very clean, check in/out was fast and easy. However, it was very noisy. There were people partying in the room right next door from about 3am to 6am. People were going in and out and knocking every 5 mins. The doors are so close it sounded like they were knocing on ours. The room was neat and tidy but it had a bad stench, not unbearable but smelled like maybe smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room. Probably wouldnt stay there again.
