Front desk clerk was rude. Claimed they didn't have extra blankets and unable to provide a late check out. Granted there was a soccer tournament ending sunday, a lot of customers were checking out sunday. No reason to not grant a late check out.

The shower doesn't work, and the sealing has substantial mold, excluding a busted entrance door. If I report the facilities, they will be condemned for mold content.

Wall HVAC had 3 inch gap between wall and unit. You could see and hear everything outside. The shower/bath didn't work water came out of both and it didn't drain properly so you felt like you were standing in sewage. Room smelled bad. Bed was uncomfortable. Two of the room lamps would not turn on. Will never stay here again.

The elevator didnt work . And breakfast was 7:00 to 10:00 i went at 8:00 and they dont have nothing. There were alot of family complaining and the receptionist said she is trying to contact the supervisor since friday and he doesn't answer. I think they should get a professional supervisor.
