The staff were very cooperative as their computer system was down. They just took it as something that happens from time to time.

Room was nice but it wasn’t a queen size bed it was a double and was unsure to turn the air con lower than 19 degrees so was very stuffy. Tried to call down to reception to ask to turn it down and there was no answer 5 times I tired this. So in the end had to be warm.

Op wandelafstand (5min) van de luchthaven gelegen. Je kan het hotel met openbaar vervoer bereiken. Je hoort niets van de vluchten in je kamer. Verzorgd ontbijt en vriendelijke bediening. Een koelkastje en koffiezetapparaat op de kamer had handig geweest.

We stayed here for a night to catch our early morning flight. it was very convenient as the terminal is walkable. The rooms are clean and they have breakfast starting at 4 am.

It’s really close to the airport which is why we stayed there and they do offer 24 hour service for those leaving really early to catch flights. The only problem was a lot of noise in the room which made sleeping difficult.

The property was ideal for international travellers with early departures. I am sure the economics of providing a shuttle have been studied but this would have been a welcomed addition.

Hotel is nice and walking distance from airport. Although pulling 2 large suitcases up to the hotel would not suit everybody! It’s just close enough that the taxis don’t want to take you.

It really met expectations. I didn't expect first rate accommodations, and I didn't get it. Mostly a clean, comfortable room. Good mattress and just OK pillows. Dark room... great! Just OK breakfast, but better than many. Some off-putting 'eco', and probably legislated oddities, like a 'Master Switch' (not key-card operated) at the door which not only controls the lights and outlets, but also resets the HVAC. Whaaa? The HVAC will not go lower than 19 degrees C (66 degrees F). I sleep hot and need a cold room. And why does every room now have the following issues: An Artic-quality duvet. I have to pull it out of it's cover and use the cover only. These rooms don't ever get cold enough for that kind of thermal protection. A half-door / wall shower. Seriously, whomever sold all these hotels on this idea should either be awarded a medal for fooling the most people, or be put away forever. Water goes all over the floor and wall. It's ludicrous. ECO desires to reuse towels but only one hook. Sometimes no hooks. No towel bar or multiple hooks for multiple towels. Whaaaa? You want me to reuse the towels? I'm good with the concept, but give me the tools to do just that. No washcloths. They actually save water. I also use them to wipe up the sink counter and possibly the floor if I get it wet. Help me help you. Some of the staff were very helpful. Some just existed and were moderately helpful. And a side note. The architect of this hotel needs psychological help.

Great location. We did not feel like driving the day we got off the plane. The hotel is right outside the airport, we picked up our rental car and drove the super short distance to the hotel. Super convenient to walking back to the airport and getting the train to downtown Edinburgh. They serve food at night and breakfast. They have a bar. Room comfy, though a shade small. No complaints and would stay there again.

Perfect spot for an early departure from Edinburgh. Eat before arrival as the food is not great, but an easy walk to airport check in makes up for that.

Comfortable stay before flight
A fine night's stay before an early flight. Twin beds were extremely comfortable but there was a pubic hair on my bedsheet!! Water in shower wasn't as hot as we'd have liked but warm enough. Continental breakfast selection was good (we appreciated having that available from 4am as had to leave before 5am when cooked breakfast starts)

Clean, good sized rooms. Lovely reception, bar area. Good menu of dinner options. Excellent breakfast. Literally five minute’s walk from the terminal. Our new go-to hotel at Edinburgh airport. Genuinely couldn’t fault it.

Had lovely stay hotel was clean staff very helpful Breakfast was fantastic. On-site parking which great but cost £12 per day Would certainly stay again was so handy for the Edinburgh airport. We stayed here night before and the night we returned. We had a lovely prawn cocktail the night we arrived too. Excellent keep up The good work
