「Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...

「Recently renovated with outstanding cleanliness. Functional rooms with some having a small balcony for smoking and/or watching the world go by. Due to the location, external noise can be an issue and stairs to the upper levels may problematic for the elderly. All the same I would definitely stay again. 」

「This place is just awesome! Everything (rooms, shared bathrooms, community area) is clean, looks brandnew, nice community area to hang around. Quiet during the nighttime as it is located in a small road next to the main road. Still everything is in walking distance. I have never experienced such nice staff members. They are willing to help you with everything, always have a smile on their face 😃 If you're looking for a hostel in Banyuwangi look no further - you have just found it!」

「Base to see sights of Banyuwangi. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample. Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. 」

「I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. I explained the situation and she agreed to refund me the 5 remains nights. But .... one week later, it appears that...
