Good and efficient service!
Very convenient location, service is great!! We arrived very early but they could manage to give at 8am, really appreciate!

Wir haben nur eine Übernachtung gebucht, da unser Flug morgens um 6h nach Portugal ging. Der Eindruck war sehr positiv - Zimmer/Bett = TOP und wir haben im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend gegessen. Die Qualität und Quantität war sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zwischendurch hat sich der Koch noch erkundigt ob uns das essen schmeckt. Wir hatten das Wiener Schnitzel und einen Salat.

Super Flughafen Hotel
Das Personal war im ganzen Hotel super zuvorkommend. Zimmer waren groß und sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir waren im Otto Restaurant essen, auch hier war der Service perfekt! Guillermo war spitze!

Das Hotel eignet sich perfekt für An- oder Abreisende des Düsseldorfer Flughafens. Wir blieben eine Nacht, da unser Flug bereits früh morgens startete. Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out lief alles reibungslos. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Anbindung an das Flughafenterminal ist unschlagbar. Wir brauchten keine 5-Minuten von der Rezeption zum Check-In Schalter. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung unsererseits. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I was greeted by a very sweet lady, and was upgraded to a higher room type without even asking. I would stay again and totally recommend it!! It was quiet, clean and I actually slept all the way trough the next day. Great Hotel, way better then the Hilton.
