「The attitude of staff on check-out process was poor. She kept on talking to telephone continuously and neglected me. I was standing in front of the counter for more than 10 minutes. Another staff handled my check out process later and her attitude was poor as well. I asked for the receipt of my deposit and she was reluctant to give me the print out.」

「1. Before even arriving at the hotel, I received an email from the hotel to pay extra for upgrade of the room breakfast, and early check-in. However, the price for early check-in costs the same as booking an extra night prior. 2. When I arrive at 8am for luggage drop-off, they asked me to pay extra again for upgrades and early check-in, although I made it clear that I won't be returning until the evening. 3. My reservation is for 3 adults, and with confirmation that there will be 3 beds....

「It's far away from the hustle and bustle of central Dubai, so more relaxing. There seems to be alot of construction going on in that area, which can be a bit of an eyesore. The area is basically being developed so very few buildings in the area. No opportunities to walk around shopping or explore different meal / restaurant options outside the hotel because there are none. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was very surprised at how happy each staff member seemed when you interacted...
