Four nights and five days want to celebrate my birthday & Mother’s Day… when I arrived at the airport hotel car service was waiting for me , arrive at the hotel shortly after , Staff was amazing very nice and helpful my room was beautiful set up for my birthday…

I want to thank all the staff at the Radisson Blu Business Bay Water Front Hotel. Everybody had a job to do and they did it in the most professional way. From the Guest Service Agent, the Concierge, Waiters and Waitresses, front desk Supervisor etc I would keep going and going. Thanks to everyone for the great service, friendliness and care for their guest. I can’t say enough about this Hotel, you truly showed us what real Customer Service is all about! Overall good but maintenance issues such as temperature control in shower was malfunctioning. Didn’t allow late check out facility.

Location is great but too much construction going on around the building. Bathroom Roof leaked the first day, hot water wasn’t available the second and not enough staff present at breakfast buffet to take orders and provide service.

Wonderful and truly the friendliest hotel. Alo, in his Scottish uniform is helpful and friendly. The reception and housekeeping staff are amazing. The hotel is within walking distance of everything.

Nice place - staff were great - I thought the pool and other things inside the hotel closing about 10pm wasn’t great be nice if they were open later to give you more to do when in hotel on the night.

I booked Radisson Blu waterfront as a last minute, we loved the experience and as we were travelling with a child it was a complete bliss. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety to choose from, am happy that they packed us breakfast to go as we had an early morning flight! the staff were really amazing, took time to ask each day if we are okay and we needed anything, sorry I cannot remember all their names but the whole team was amazing!! I would book here again if I go back to Dubai for sure! Love from Kenya

The overall property was great. However, my view was nothing but construction site. I heard it all day and saw it every time I opened the curtains. I understand this was out of their control so I did not complain to the staff.

Very good location close to metro and Dubai mall. View from the room was gorgeous with Burj Khalifa view. The out door bar and lounge is even exception with both the Burj view and canal view
