Budget friendly property for a short stay in Dxb. It’s located right next to Mall of the Emirates, so easy to access the metro etc if you need to travel downtown etc

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir sind frühmorgens angekommen und konnten auf Anfrage früher ins Zimmer einchecken, ohne Extrakosten. Auch war es möglich, direkt ein Frühstück zu bekommen und dafür auf das Frühstück ab Abreisetag zu verzichten (also zu tauschen). Echt top!

The room was actually okay, but there were no toiletries upon checking in the room. We had to call the housekeeping every now and then.

The power in our room kept going off for two days. The room became very hot when the aircon would go off, and no lights. The staff were very professional and moved us once this issue was raised by their service staff.

Muito bom.
Os colaboradores sao todos muito solicitos, ajudam muito, sao muito gentis, todos da recepcao sao uns amores, a Judith entao, uma fofa, foi super gentil e super nos ajudou. Os quartos e banheiros sao bem espacosos, a cama bem grande, ar condicionado funcionando direitinho, tudo maravilhoso, servico de quarto muito agil, piscina otima com uma vista incrivel. Voltaria varias vezes, fora que é muitooo perto do shopping Mall os Emirates, tem restaurante local perto, que era uma delicia, farmacia, no minimo 3 mini mercados, taxi facil de pegar na frente do hotel. Só o cafe da manha que é fraco, mais oriental que internacional, entao deixa a desejar um pouco principalmente pelo custo do hotel e o nivel.

Lovely hotel in a great location a stones throw away from The Mall of the Emirates. The smell of the hotel was lovely, the air conditioning much needed and the roof top pool was delightful. The only downsides were that the towels could do with an upgrade and there was no English TV channels. The staff were all very pleasant and when they found out it was our wedding anniversary we had some lovely touches put in our room. We would definitely stay here again.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Close to emirates mall and public transport. Lot of dining options around. Very well maintained property and wonderful staff helping you out. In-house restaurants offer a variety of choices. Our week long stay was truly memorable.

Terrible service. House keeping was non existent. Response time from staff was very very slow or almost non-existent. Seemed like even the basics like towels etc were rationed as they would only put one of each in the room and had to keep on asking again and again.
