Worst hilton hotel
No hot watet for shower, clean is not good. (My collegue has better clean service at higher 9th floor), antique airtube and untidy sofa. Worst hilton hotel.

Staff is excellent. The rooms are great. My only complaints was that there was hair on the towels, washcloths and in the sink and tub from I’m assuming the previous guest. So attention to detail when it comes to cleaning is subpar. The outside windows were a little dirty, but still viewable. There were only two towels and wahcloths provided and if you wanted ice, you have to call room service (which is a first for me), however all of that was provided promptly when requested. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and was supposed to stay again one week later, but I decided to cancel and try another property. I would still recommend this hotel.

Diabolical. Stayed here for business. 1st day was not able to check in and was moved to another Hotel (nextdoor) in fact a 15 minute car journey in the opposite direction to where I was working. No communication followed. Stayed 2 nights in other hotel before checking on 2nd night what was happening. Was told a mini bus would collect me at 6:30 am the next day. I said this was not satisfactory and asked the hotel to tell the Hilton this. It was midnight when I returned from work I had to leave at 7:30 the next day i did not want to be messing around with luggage. No one called back until I was woke up by a call to say minibus would be 5 minutes??? I checked out in my own time and took my bags to work checking in to the Hilton that evening. Overall hotel was more tired than I was expecting considering price. I found I’d been given a room right opposite the mosque next door which had a serious p.a system that woke me up every night of my remaining stay at 5:30 am (I wore ear plugs as I travel a lot in Middle East) but this level of noise was above and beyond. On the last day I came back to find I had no towels, I chased this up with housekeeping but gave up and went out without taking a shower came back to find 2 towels but no face towel or floor towel. On last night from 2/30 am it seemed like banging and drilling from renovations was going on in the room above. again I was unable to sleep. Room was also freezing Throughout stay as a/c did not give out any warmth.

Arriver sur place on nous a dit qu'on n'avait pas de chambre pour les deux premier jours et qu'on nous logeais dans un autre hôtel nous avons été très mal reçu à la réception de la Hilton pour le dernier jour nous pouvions avoir une chambre à l'hilton mais devions quitté la chambre de l'autre hôtel à 06h30 du matin un scandale nous avons payé pour une chambre à l'hilton de Sharjah que nous n'avons pas eu . L 'Hilton propose des prix intéressants et sur place vous dirige vers un autre hôtel qui travail avec eux leur produits blanc Nous avons du récupérer notre voiture en minibus avec les ouvriers de la hôtel Une honte pour un hôtel qui a 5 étoiles Les touristes européens sont les mals venus surtout que nous avons des difficultés pour parler anglais. Hôtel à éviter Hilton ne fait pas sa réputation

Couple Staycation at Hilton Sharjah
We were upgraded to a Jr Suite but it did not have a lagoon view. They accommodated us and gave us a smaller room with a view. Buffet breakfast was included because I am a Gold Member. The only complaint was there was a family across the hall that had 3 rooms and the kids were up all night. We called the front desk but no one answered so we went to the 24-hour gym to work out. Afterward, we took advantage of an empty lobby and took pictures of the beautiful staircase and chandelier. We took a nap and woke up a few hours later for the delectable breakfast buffet with an omelet station (my favorite), I went to play squash where I was instructed on how to play the game by the hotel staff then I spent time in the sauna. The sauna was up and running and HOTTT (yes)! The hotel is situated in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood and easily accessible to the mall and other restaurants by taxi. We enjoyed a stroll around the lagoon. I had tea in the cafe lobby. It was a nice and enjoyable stay. The bellmen (ilyas, nazrul, kamal) were very helpful as well. Excellent value in luxury setting.
Very elegant hotel on Sharjah corniche waterfront. Excellent value for money. Bed a little hard and breakfast buffet a little untidy, disorganized, but otherwise a very comfortable place to stay with wonderful views of the lagoon.

Видно, что отель уже не свеж, краска на потолках в холле потрескалась, мебель старая, сантехника со следами ремонта и реставрации. Но все работает, все чисто. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Консьерж Нельсон сразу отзывался на просьбы.Завтраки вкусные. Три раза в день отель предоставляет бесплатный автобус на пляж другого отеля. Есть два бассейна, которые актуальны в зависимости от расположения Солнца. Рекомендую брать номер с видом на лагуну, вид действительно потрясающий, хочется смотреть в панорамное окно часами. Вид на город будет омрачен двумя стройками.

You should read this before you book Hilton Sharja
Chck in was very slow. The staff doesn't seem to be bothered. I was there and told to wait a few minutes while they attended other customers and told me they will inform me once its my turn. I waited 20 minutes and they were idling and chatting for 10 odd minutes and did not attend to me and I was sitting at the sofa just in front within 3metres distance. Service was slow. Room facilities no tooth brush provided so better being your own and no bedroom slippers. Carpet was not vacuum and sheets were dirty.. I found out there were two shift of housekeeping the morning shift was good and he did a good job and I tip him. But the evening shift was horrible. They did not vacuum the carpet and did not clean properly. Location was OK. Conceive will sell you packages for private tour but don't get from any of them as its rip off prices. Went online and got a private tour for quarter the price. Shuttle service was OK and minibus was OK. Location is uiet. Overall amd satisfied but not with the check in service. Concierge service and cleanliness of the hotel and amenities not complete.

The building was good so the view was nice but otherwise everything else was not .the staff was not helpful only one person for everything so delay in checking.the bathroom was not comfortable ,week water ,old towels .the breakfast was not the level of 5star hotel or Hilton level
