The property would’ve had a higher condition facility rating, however, one of the dresser drawers was broken and unusable. You can see it is broken just looking at it and without operating it. The drawer facia was torn off. Dresser lamp lights needed replacing. When in use, they had a high rate of flickering. Very obvious if turned on / being used.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The only issue I had was both rooms linen were dirty. It was hair in the sheets of both bed in our first room. One bed in our second room. The staff made sure they took care of the issue. It was a bit frustrating considerating I was traveling with children.

The hotel was ok. It was clean and pretty empty. They’re undergoing renovations so there was no full breakfasts area and there are constructions areas on the floors which can sometimes be creepy at night. The pillows on the king bed were oddly tiny - not an issue, more so just comical but they were comfy.

The room was dirty. For example, the bed sheets were dirty. Multiple dirty scuff marks on the white sheets. The comforter had stains as well. One stain looked like a blood stain that was never fully cleaned. The bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints all over. We did not use the shower as it was grimy looking. There was a rubber mat in the tub that is not hygienic. There was not any soap for the sink. The fixtures in the bathroom and main room are rusted. For the cost of the room and how it is marketed it was unacceptable and we will not return.

The rooms and hallways smelled stale, the room had popcorn kernels in the floor near the bed.. I don’t like or eat popcorn I’m allergic… the ceiling had water damage, bathroom water damage and rust spots, the pool caused my son to get really sick… he also end up with pink eye from the pool water, the breakfast was delicious… but the morning staff was being condescending to each other in front of guest… overall it’s was a struggle bus experience.. I was extremely dissatisfied.. I almost broke my neck entering the pool area due to the floor being so wet and slick… bad combination for ppl walking… and a recipe for a lawsuit…. At least put in wet floor signs..

Better then expected!
To start off I've seen so many bad reviews and was extremely nervous to stay here after paying for four nights non refundable. We stayed here for a BMX bike race. Everyone of the staff members we came across were great. No out was rude with us. The room was fine. Nothing fancy but they are also under renovation. AC was great. I kept my friend freezing the whole time there. Bathrooms are a little small but we're just fine. Beds were definitely comfortable. I've seen people complain about the pillows. They were just fine for just me in the bed. I used one off the bed during my stay. Breakfast is ok. Could definitely be better but you can't complain for free. Only down fall I found was they didn't have any on site laundry for guest. Overall this location was great , hotel was great, staff was great and I would definitely stay here again.

There was NO HOT WATER for the complete stay, 2 nights. When I complained about it I was told it was being worked on and might be up and running in about 1.5 hours, or so. That was on the first night. We were tired from traveling all day and took the plunge and took a cold shower. Brrrrr. Checked on the water, throughout the night, still cold. The same results the next day and night. I chose this location because they had an indoor heated pool and no, since there was no hot water, it was cold as well. A total waste of my hard earned money. I spent over twice the cost of what I was planning to spend, just for the pool, and am totally dissatisfied. Every explanation was...it'll be fixed soon. It was still not working over 2 days later. I truly suspect due to the renovations, there was a major issue, and the hot water has been out more than just our little stay there. Not very good management and preparation to accommodate paying customers. They should have told us when we checked in in that there was no hot water and it'll probably be out for a few days. We would have chosen the less than half cost hotels to stay at. I asked for compensation due to the situation and did not receive anything except for lip service...I'll let the manager know you asked for comp. That is as far as it went. Time to write a letter to corporate. Very dissatisfied.

It took me an hour plus to check in as well as others trying to check in. No one was at the front desk. No one was around. We called Marriott and no one was able to get ahold of anyone. The two issues I had was the towels, they could be bigger takes two to dry off. Additionally, this is the second time at this hotel in as many months and the TV never works. The staff said new boxes for TV were put in but not linked to the TV so we could get to work. A staff member came up and got it working. When we got up the TV didn’t work so had to get them to come again. Very clean, good food for breakfasts.
