「房间脏乱差」

「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience.... 」

「They upgraded my room to a bigger one when we check in. Everything aspect of the room is perfect.」

「现代简约，设施不错，但灯光略暗，床有点硬，通风口对着头吹风，打开电表箱的开关才能关掉，前台服务态度一般。位置好，总体感觉还可以。」

「It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.」

「Great hotel at the airport. Convenient shuttle. Nice comfy bed/linens. Really enjoy the Sheraton hotels.. too bad I am not able to get my Marriott/Bonvoy fidelity points with my reservation via Expedia..lesson learned」
