「Lovely well appointed B and B close to town centre with free on-site parking. Comfortable if small bedroom with shared bathroom but low cost reflects this. Simply beautiful tasty breakfast and friendly and obliging staff. 」

「Great location close to cathedral, restaurants, shops. Wasn't aware that it was in pedestrian-only part of city, so that meant dragging our bags a few short blocks to get there and walking a few blocks to catch a taxi (which hotel ably arranged). Good breakfast in the dining room but a bit unclear how the charges worked. Very strict about not letting you in your room until 3 pm. I get it, but the front-desk staff member was a bit brusque about it. Room was comfortable and bathroom was very nice....

「I stayed at this hotel for one night on a trip to Cornwall. I must say that the facility is well-maintained, and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is served. Normally, I prefer the buffet, but the service is fast and attentive. Let's just say that it lacked the wow factor to earn a fifth star. The hotel's location, although conveniently located directly on a link road and not far from the city centre, is not in a particularly attractive part of Exeter. 」

「Strange checkin process, reception is at the Hub not in the Hotel, I may have missed communication on this but a lot of walking about just to check in Car chargers need bettering, current type have no instructions and no staff (5 of them) knew how they worked or more importantly released the cable!」
