「Had to change room after no hot water. Faucets old and almost seized, hard to on off. No safe lockers in rooms.」

「The Grand Zuri is a professionally run hotel that would be at home in an Australian capital city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing some building work which wasn’t a problem during my stay. 」

「Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night 」

「Very clean and accommodating hotel」

「エアコンが動いていますが、部屋全体を冷やせません。 夜は裸で寝ましたが、まだ少し暑いくらいです。 朝方は適温(冷房MAX)になりましたが、少し動くと暑くなります。 写真は窓から撮影しました。 「デラックス ルーム ビーチサイド」をあえて選びましたが3階だった為、この景色です。 なるほど海は見えますので、「ビーチサイド」ではあります。 あまりホテルに期待しないで泊まるのが良いと思います。」

「The rooms were big and spacious that I've ever stayed thus far. It had nice views. However, looking at the condition of the resort, it needs a makeover. It has not lift which was fine if your luggage were not heavy. But it will be dangerous if you are staying at the second floor and have heavy luggage.」

「The hotel not good, noisy people can smoke in the hotel lobby, along corridor and rooms. The breakfast very poor, with no choise, only fry mee. Location not good too. Far from place of interest. This was not a good trip we experience. 」
