Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. 「Property is run down and unclean. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 2. It was booked to celebrate a special moment and was terribly disappointing. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. The only positive part of the resort was the staff. They were more then amazing. 」

「The best available hotel in Marysville. Very nice and pretty design. Well-maintained and very helpful staff. The car park is a little bit off the hotel entrance but it's acceptable walking distance. Average buffet breakfast with limited of choices but the price is very rasonable.」
