「Great location for exploring the city - everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Hotel has a lovely modern and friendly boutique feel. Staff all very accommodating. Great breakfast included with lots of options and large portions. Only thing visitors may want to consider is our bathroom had a transparent glass wall and door which may not be suitable for all people sharing a room! Not sure if all rooms have this feature. 」

The staff are amazingly helpful, I had a medical issue and one of the staff members went really beyond the call of duty to help me find a medical provider.」

「Thank you for allowing us to have early check in by 11am, and help us with the luggage on arrival (no lift!!!). Nice staff. The location is good and the room is spacious, and they also prepare a big extra sofa bed for us. Very thoughtful! The bathroom has no shower curtain, the one-side glass is not ideal enough! Breakfast is ok, room for improvement.」

「1/ The location is far away from the bus station, but can arrange shuttle from bus stop to villa. The guy is so clever and nice. He saw us carrying our big lugguages, so ran out from villa to help us.
