「酒店硬件不错，住的舒服。只是服务这块有待加强。 前台预订两件房间，其中有一间的房卡无法开门，电话沟通还让用户下去更新，不合理。后来要求让服务员上来开门，等待较长时间，用户感觉不好。 另外，可能是因为在hotels预订的，更新了价格之后，酒店没有及时更新价格，还是按照原价收费了。到现在也没退回，感觉就是酒店和平台都不管了。」

「Went for a short, 2 night break from Beijing to visit the Western Xia Tombs just outside Yinchuan. I caught the shuttle bus from the airport (20rmb) to the terminal in central Yinchuan. It was a 25 min walk to the hotel, Later discovered a very convenient 28 bus which stopped nearby. The hotel staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming but with limited English, so I used my "survival" Chinese throughout my stay.
