「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「Your kitchen is inconsistent. Some meals were excellent; but, I got food poising last night and your salt fish cakes earlier this week were the worst food I’ve ever tasted!!! 」

「Overall a good hotel. Restaurant is nice with good tasting food. Pool and gym were generally nice and rarely available for hotels in this area. Room was pleasant although the toilet had poor flushing pressure. I would stay there again, although not ultra-modern. 」

「Room was not cleaned properly. There were several hairs in the sheets and pillows, and crumbs on the floor. The staff were very responsive to these issues and replaced the sheets with all due haste, despite the late hour. Be aware that you will likely be able to hear the harbor all night when it is most busy, so if absolute quiet is a must, this probably isnt for you.」

「Good room, quiet, great bed, friendly helpful staff, parking was a bit challenging - underground, one way, tight spaces. The room had a few maintenance issues but they were looked after promptly. We would stay there again. 」
