「Et helt igennem fantastisk hotel. Virkelig 5 stjerner vær. Vi kom før kl 10 og spurgte om vi kunne sætte vores kuffert da det var for tidligt til at tjekke ind. Vi blev tjekket ind med det samme og skulle lige vente 30 min så var vores værelse klar. Servicen har været upåklageligt. Venligt og yderst hjælpsom personale, som virkelig yder en 5 stjernet service. Morgenmad er virkelig lækker og udvalget stort. Det er en michelin restaurant på hotellet og maden er i topklasse. Vil helt klart anbefale...

「Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. I reported in the morning but we were back to hotel around 4pm, still as per. They fix it after my second call. We felt their sincerity by receiving a handwritten...
