「大樓外觀還行，櫃檯老闆也還算親切，離巴士站近，附近有超市跟麵包店。 房間內有很多細節處理很糟，比如：門牆之間有縫隙，看得到裝潢裂痕、牆上有許多小髒污、插座裸露及邊邊有不明膠帶貼痕、毛巾架歪斜脫落、衣架斷掉」

「The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus...

「I stayed 3 nights at this hotel in Dubrovnik and it was great. The host Nikolina was very nice and she gave me some great travel advice about where to explore around the area. The location is great as it’s in the Old Town. Highly recommended! 😊」

「there's no hot water for showering, the hotel staff didnt inform us when we checked in. The staff said it's because of the storm in that afternoon that damaged their facilities, but we talked to the hotel guests and discovered there's no hot water supplies since the day before 」
