「Great stay great property 」

「Great condition and great amenities at a good price and all close to the centre. Parking can get filled up so would be useful to be able to book it in advance in future.」

「Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. 「AVOID THIS PROPERTY. Stayed in December and could not get the hearing to come on. No support from the owner or hotels.com. Came home a day early but refund for last night refused by owners. Bathroom stank and room was a basement. AVOID AVOID AVOID」

The property was good value for a one night stay, not the comfiest place we've stayed but had everything we needed for the night. 「Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. 」
