BEWARE.....I reserved the room thinking i would be offered a non smoking room. But when they took my payment and sent me the email confirmation It was a Smoking room. I tried to cancel the reservation immediately within 10 minutes of booking but it wont let me. Expedia got involved and they said, no worries you will be refunded as you have tried to cancel immediately. But to no avail. Holiday Inn did not even tried to contact me. So I lost $100 for a nights stay. I will report this matter to their management and do whatever possible to aware the people of this malpractice and deceptive policies.
