「It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them...」

「The main building and public areas are lovely. The buffet restaurant is huge with ample choices. The beach is isolated and requires a long walk down and later back up a steep hill. Rooms across the street are inconvenient and parking is limited.」

「The location wasn't near restaurants nor the waterfront area, but if you have a car or are willing to use buses, then it's not a big negative. The facility is modern, with a lovely rooftop pool area, excellent gym and great breakfast. Our room had a minor balcony but big enough to sit outside. The bed was comfortable - not too hard, not too soft. Overall, an above average hotel for a good price.」

「Very nice hotel, in excellent location within 10 minutes walk of a very vibrant bar and restaurant area. Easy walk to Upper Town and the Station for day trip out to Edessa. Nice breakfast an great reception staff. The Expedia organised airport transfer limousine company was great too」
