「Amazing 」

「The day i booked 3 rooms , on app didn't said theme park its close we paid 3 rooms thinking that kids gonna play, just paid lot for sleeping 」

「Well the room was very neat just that they didn't clean it on the following day. Breakfast wasn't so mouthwatering. There was not microwave in the room so in order for us to eat warm food it costed us to go to the main house and ask them to warm it for us.」

We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,...
