「Staff service very bad and property very dirty and restaurant staff not good」

「I am visiting this property since 1992 when only gurukripa was existed. Till then this hotel is like a second home for us. In last couple of years they hace degraded their status wrt to hygiene a lot. Food is good 👍but their service have become pathetic. 」

「Service was not good .Ac not working and fixed one temperature , reception is not responding to calls and fixing issue such as Tv in both room not working ; Even after several calls not attended by any one ... Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it . Only restaurant food quality is good and location is nice . Overpriced , under staffed , mismanaged hotel.」

「If u r taking ur trusted driver with u , be warned , he has to spend the night in the vehicle , the so called driver room , is inhospitable. The sea water in Daman is very dirty ( just like mumbai). The churches u see in " places to see" are seldom open. The rolls nr st Jerome fort are delicious. Ok for weekend trip with ur partner. 」
