價格合理,不過地點只是一般方便,行大約10分鐘到沙灘,如果自駕會比較好,酒店附近有很多都是工地,環境比較差~ 設施保養比較差,泳池桑拿房維修中,沒有健身設施似乎有誤導成分。 員工有熱誠,特別有位thuy女員工,超級優秀,非常細心,幫助解決了很多問題~~

我住了7天,酒店很新 早餐不錯 房间不是很大 泳池很好,可惜有时不开过瀘器,水很差 没健身中心,告白上冩有 前台服务差,冇服务,冇聴人客心声,自以为是 泳池边的蒸气房,电源关了,用不到 旁边有建筑地盤

安さやフロントのスタッフの対応は良い 一週間対応しましたが、ベッドメイキングはしてくれるものの、シーツは一回も変えてもらえなかった。。。 朝ごはんは期待しない方が良いです。

Good hotel pool but horrible service
The hotel itself is nice with comfortable beds and a very beautiful view from the pool. My problem comes from its service, which was very poor. Twice I needed to call the hotel reception and it is impossible to do so. When someone does pick up, it sounds like they are taking the call from a rave with thousands of people around them. It is loud and impossible to hear them. The second time this happened they made no effort to take the call in a quieter environment and so I hung up and when I tried to call later, I called six times over the day and no one picked up any of the times. I sent them an email hoping that would work, and it has now been three days and no one has responded to the email which I marked urgent. In the end every issue you have with this hotel must be dealt with in person at the front desk. When we mentioned the safe in the room is locked so we can’t use it, they asked for our room key card and remagnetized it… but the safe uses a code. Communication errors followed by no desire to fix them made this a bad stay and we would look elsewhere next time.
