Good property. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view from rooftop bar and swimming pool. Close beach, restaurants, market, bars. Only negative- the A/C is connected to the door Key, therefore when you are out of the room the A/C is off. Considering it was 38 degrees returning to the room was unbearable- it took the room a couple of hours to cool down to a comfortable level

The facility is fairly old and isn’t as vibrant as shown in the photos, and some amenities weren’t kept up for use such as the gym and pool bar; however we enjoyed the incredibly spacious room, delicious breakfast and short walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby.

The great photos of rooms and ocean views are not quite the reality. Our room looked out over a mass of rubble opposite side of street - with the ocean behind it, guess in time another hotel will sit in this area. Our room was not as ‘light and airy’ as the photos portrayed. We reserved ‘Connecting Rooms, Ocean View’ - the 2nd room was actually windowless, when you know you can see this in photos, but I believe it should be stated in description. Door staff and pool bar guy really friendly and helpful. Pool is small and was overtaken by one family /group using the life saving rings as floats as they drank beer in pool. Breakfast was disappointing and dining room was very hot. Aircon in bedrooms also quite poor. Had great communications prior to check-in about a pick up taxi, we booked with them for convenience even though price was quite above going rate so were pretty frustrated when told at checkout as we were only 3 people, we shouldn’t have drank the 4th bottle of warm complimentary water, we thought this was very petty over pennies. Only stayed here one night, da nang and this hotel were not for us. Location was great for beach and nightlife if that’s what you enjoy.

Economy rooms are small with large bed, and only one small window. Amenities are complete, with okay breakfast service. Unfortunately room 607 was full of issues - broken hairdryer, broken kettle, slow responding aircon. Breakfast, pool, gym, spa is open for long hours. Rooftop pool faces ocean view. 3 min walk from a beautiful beach. Surrounding area is extremely touristy, with almost no authentic food. Bellboy (the young 23 y.o part-timer) was very helpful with issues and helped with luggage and booking Grab service. Would recommend if you get a good room.

I just liked this hotel very much for some reason. It’s a good location and for the price I could not find better. There are lovely 5 star hotels nearby but of course they do cost more. One benefit is that since there is no building in the plot in front of it most of the rooms basically have sea view, in spite of being a block from the beach.

We had quick and easy check-in at the hotel with complimentary tea. Our room had a nice view of the ocean and was roomy and comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was a fun place to end the day and cool off before turning in for the night.

Alani was very pleasant and helpful even before my arrival. The property is very close to the beach and many restaurants bars and stores.the property is so clean and well decorated. The staff was beyond friendly and so very helpful! The buffet was very good and the food/drinks on the rooftop were fantastic! I had an ocean view room which made for great views, however the balcony was very small and no chair. This was of zero problem for me, but I was travelling alone. The only downfall to the area (not the hotel) was there was music loudly playing as early as 5am and the motorcycle vendors with the loudspeakers was distracting. All in all a great hotel that I would recommend! Thank you!

This property is a bargain. I liked the location. The bar/fitness area was a little strange, but it was ok. Location is nice for the beach and dining options. Breakfast was good for the price and room service portions are very large.

The room view is very good. The reception is ok. we have 3 person ,but every day didn’t get enough supply,even the toilet paper only supply one roll ,didn’t prepare a spare roll .Also cups are only two . Lovely hotel just a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff was attentive and friendly, they quickly remember your name and room # for room charges. The rooftop pool has a great view of the city and beach both day and night. The SkyBar is a nice spot for drinks or food. The food at the hotel is excellent and the portions are generous, its so nice to be able to order room service after a long day out! The Breakfast buffet is also excellent with many options that vary by day. Cooked to order eggs and omlettes are available as well as Thai favorites, noodle dishes, rice, sausages, pastries, cold meats, salads etc. Its a great value as well. Tours are easily arranged at the front desk and you can pay for them on your final bill. Pick up is right at the hotel which is great, I did 3 day tours, all were excellent. My room was serviced daily and kept spotlessly clean. I highly recommend the Alani, the staff alone make it desirable as they are just wonderful.

It’s a descent hotel friendly, helpful and polite staff breakfast was good One little issue I had was the safe was located on the floor of the wardrobe room 801 which was difficult to access (I’m 63 and not as agile as I used to be) there was a shelf about one meter high in the wardrobe which would have been an ideal place to locate a safe for easy access

The hotel was located near the beach which meant I could walk and reach the beach within 10mins. There was all types of taxi/grab/vehicles to choose from and it was easy to call for a grab-car from the hotel. However, the hotel lift is very small and can only fit 4 adults. The shampoo and soap provided by the hotel was quite bad as there was hardly any foam. This meant that when using the shampoo or soap, it felt like my body was still itching and not thoroughly cleaned. The room was clean but quite dusty which made us itch and cough quite a bit. The best things about the hotel would be that there is the sea view which can be seen from the rooms with the balconies facing the sea. In addition, the bellboy is always smiling and welcoming. The bellboy also always asked us if we needed help in terms of directions or getting transportation to a specific location. The bellboy was so helpful that we decided to give him a big tip at the end of our trip.

Stayed here for a week from 18th April 2023. Perfect for a weeks relaxation close to the beach. Lovely friendly and very helpful staff. A great buffet breakfast to start the day, including an egg station with fried, scrambled or omelets available along with Asian and western food choices. A very nice comfortable, clean room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Walking distance to the beach and numerous excellent quality restaurants. Loved my stay here and hope to be back again.

Property location is great due to proximity to My Khe Beach but areas around it are run down and dirty. Was quite loud at night due to traffic but not much hotel can do about that. Rooms were fairly clean but some areas of hotel seem run down and dated. Breakfast included was decent.

Great little hotel
Great hotel. Within walking distance to lots of food options, convenience stores and the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool is small but nice. Elevators are tiny!
