「Excellent staff and clean room」

「Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. 」

「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Amazing historical hotel! All personnel are friendly and ready to help. Young gentleman Ronaldo does great hotel tours everyday at 5pm and after another great guy Manuel does Pisco Sour class in a bar. 」

「We were stuck in Cuzco because of the State of Emergency in Peru and the coronavirus pandemic. The staff were nice and very helpful. They contacted another hotel for us to stay 15 days. The breakfast was very good and room was comfortable and clean.」

「早餐55sol 自助餐，很差没什么好吃的，就是现做的鸡蛋饼还可以。前台服务态度一般，酒店位置高，如果有高山反应的话更加厉害。打优步一般五、六元就可以到要去的地方，打车去火车站31sol去马丘比丘。酒店内也没羊骆可以拍照。」
