Check in person handed me the keys and left. Housekeeping did not answer any requests for the bedding for the old, old sofa bed. Did not replenish the body wash or make the beds. Brought towels. No handicap accessible way to get to breakfast. The saving grace was the woman who was working the breakfast. I real ray of sunshine and concern.

Good location to walk down to the flats and casino area. Employees all very nice and helpful. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Was able to get a good night sleep. Bathroom in our room could use a facelift. Standard free holiday inn breakfast came with the room and was what we expected. Overall nice hotel in downtown Cleveland.

Budget friendly hotel with a 24/7 shuttle to the airport - was about selling point. Below the average price range for the neighboring area. Our mattress sheets had a few odd stains and the bathrooms had a collection of yellow fluids around the vent. Our honest review is 2/5 because of the cleanliness inside of the room for things that are immediately out of eye shot that have not been cleaned in a very long time. Looks also like there is a lot of construction happening around the area. Staff was friendly and very helpful in getting us to the airport on time. A lot of the restaurants near the hotel are walkable, but are closed on Sunday/Monday. Bob Evan’s is across the street with a similar review.
