「Stayed here again because of the experience from my previous stay. RIYAD, the Coach at the gym is AWESOME, actually came back to Mondrian because of him. Mary from guest services was kind and helpful So many lovely and courteous staff: Lukman at the pool, Snehil at concierge/front desk, Joshua at restaurant. Housekeeping team was also always available, ready to makeup the room as desired. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was I didn’t get an upgrade as a VIP PLATINUM member.」

「The location was great as there was a little mall next door that had a supermarket, exchange shop. Pharmacy and good places. Supermarket was open till 2am. It was great 10- 25 min from all tourist attractions and malls. It was 20-30 min from all the fancy restaurants. Hotel itself was beautiful. 「The overall accommodation is satisfactory. This boutique hotel is comfortable and in a good location. As for the staff, most of them are helpful and nice. However, it feels a bit strange that the promotion of upgrading room types is offered by the reception upon my arrival.」

「My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.」
