This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had - and a reminder of why luxury hotels still provide the best service. We arrived really early in the morning (about 2am after a late flight) and were quickly shown to our room. The standard room was large, immaculate, and exceeded our expectations. But the real value came because my husband was sick - it turned out that he had a slight fever - and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. They sent up a thermometer and medical supplies in the middle of the night. The next day, they allowed us to check out late so that he could rest. Everyone here treated us like valued customers, and we were only staying one night and had no status with Marriott. It's an experience I won't soon forget, and I'm very impressed by the Westin brand.
