I'm sorry your stay was unsatisfactory. We gladly could've moved you into a different room if the smell was overwhelming. Also, It's not permitted to smoke inside any of our rooms, but our guests are welcome to smoke outside if they please. Unfortunately, our cancellation policy states that if you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you are subject to a charge equal to 1 night's stay; this includes if you leave after checking in. Your entire payment, minus 1 night's stay, was refunded. If you haven't received your refund within a week, call your bank. I assure you our residence is plenty safe; we never have any issues with crime or riff-raff, and our rooms are clean. I'm sorry we were not up to your personal standards but that's no reason to leave a negative review. I hope you will consider this and give us another chance in the future.

You have stayed with us many times and haven't seemed to have any issues yet. We do not advertise offering breakfast; I apologize for any misunderstandings. I assure you all of our towels are diligently checked for stains before they're folded, so it's unlikely the towels were already stained. You should've had two wastebaskets, one in the room and one in the bathroom; I apologize if one was missing. You are always welcome to request anything you might need; we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please feel free to call with any other concerns about your stay. We are sorry you didn't have a satisfactory stay with us. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about the garbage truck it does have to take the trash and unless there were no extra blankets available, you should've been given one at request, I'm sorry you were not accommodated with that. We cannot control what bugs are scurrying around outside but we are very on top of spraying our rooms/motel in order to keep any unwanted little creatures out. We will look into the issue, in the meantime please feel free to contact our office with any questions or concerns.
