房間夠大亦好乾淨，早餐非常一般般。 酒店距離夜市大概10分鐘車程，如自己揸車也算方便！ 缺點係房間清潔員實在太早開工，每朝八點左右就在走廊和隔離左右房間做清潔真的有點嘈😓😓

The hotel is new with a good swimming pool. You can enjoy a beautiful sunset from the rooftop restaurant from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Room is clean and spacious, if you drive, they have a huge free car with plenty of vacancies, the rooftop restaurant has a magnificent sunset view, all the staffs are very polite as well, highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. Service and the facilties are excellent. The only complain is that their Spa facility is not up to a 5 star standard. The opening hours are too short.

酒店感覺一切都很新，房間以白色為主，顯得明亮整潔。大堂有氣派，泳池挺大。早餐印象最深的是豬雜湯。早上7am-8am可以學習有太極或瑜伽。

希望酒店改善服務。
我於2月27日至3月6日期間入住上述酒店，床單是破的，有兩洞。清潔程度一般，浴室內的設施比較缺乏。Blossom 餐廳員工需多培訓，有一天的早上我到上述餐廳吃早餐，我要求站立在水吧前的兩名員工其中的一個（2個都是女的，其中一人是菲律賓的實習生）把鮮奶加熱。大約過了10分鐘，另一泰國籍的女待應從水吧的奶瓶倒了一杯奶，然後送到我面前。我覺得你們作為5星級酒店，客人的小小要求也不重視，把客人當作儍瓜，客人要求加熱鮮奶，而你們的員工卻認為不需要，因為你們的員工認為鮮奶夠熱，所以沒有為我加熱鮮奶。我告訴你的員工是我喝鮮奶，不是她喝，所以她給予我的回答令我感到非常遺憾。這是第一次到清萊，得到的經驗是不愉快的，第一：洒店房間內的設施需改善，起碼不要再提供破舊的床單舖床，浴室內起碼有梳子給客人整理頭髮；第二：員工應該多加培訓，不應該講大話，當客人是儍瓜，客人是來消費，不是來當儍瓜的。當天告訴另一同事給我另一杯不加熱的鮮奶的女員工是泰國籍的女工是口部有箍牙的。以上為我的意見，希望貴公司能多加改進。我及我的朋友們都是經常去旅遊的，我也不希望我的朋友會發生這種情況的。謝謝你！

Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is really good. The Peak restaurant was excellent with musician while dining—it’s my best birthday dinner experience so far. It made the vibe really classy and romantic. They even sent me a free birthday cake on my bday which was a very sweet surprise!! We would come back to same hotel next time we visit Chiang Rai! Thank you to all wonderful staff!!!

À notre arrivé, le personnel à la réception nous a mis dans une chambre avec vue sur le fleuve mais pas deluxe. Nous avons demandé de changer la chambre avec salle de bain avec douche, ça pris du temps avant que nous avons eu la chambre au 5e étage mais non bien située.

This resort is very inclusive. It has much to offer for families and couples. It is spacious and airy from the grounds to the entrance and throughout the hotel. It overlooks the river and has views to the mountains beyond. All the staff were extremely helpful.

Only good for families.
I can’t recommend this hotel. It has good pool activities for kids and families, but is not a great option for solo travelers looking to have a relaxing vacation. There was no pool service. Breakfast was average. And there were ants.
