採光好 浪漫酒店
Sala Lanna客房的採光非常棒,看的出來室內設計的用心,邊泡澡能一邊享受清邁豐沛的陽光。酒店小而美, 頂樓有一個小泳池, 可以泡水曬太陽,非常舒服。地理位置也很超然,就在PING RIVER旁,兩分鐘路程可以到知名的河岸餐廳,及泰國的香氛店(THANN/HARNN)。附贈的早餐還可以做成room service,度假就是要懶到極致>__< 價格算是清邁偏貴的,但是如果預算寬鬆, Sala Lanna還是很棒的選擇!

Helpful staff and fantastic bar
I need to give the staff a great thanks for their kindness! We were unlucky to hv motorcycle accidents here but the staff, especially one manager, carried us all the way to the hospital and settled the insurance for us! Really a big thank! Also would like to mention the bar at night with the gentle music and quiet river, it was fantastic for two people! Hope to visit again and enjoy the stay again!

酒店客房很漂亮，有特色的精品酒店。 酒店的泳池可以看到ping河景色，酒店的早餐份量也很合适。 只是酒店大堂比较小顾客可以休息的地方很少，整体还是比较满意

本來在網路上得知這家酒店是4星級的我還有些小期待。但是來住過之後卻覺得這完全就是一家很普通的酒店~ 來這裡連續住了兩晚~第一晚在浴室內找不到有提供牙刷牙膏~還要自己打電話到櫃檯跟他要才會有! 完全感覺不出這裏像是家精品酒店。至於服務?我都不想說了, 最後一天要退房時, 他們請清潔人員去檢查我們的房間, 後來居然問我們說 有沒有拿走房間內的洗衣束口袋(laundry bag)及備用枕頭套(pillow case)? 從頭到尾我們入住根本不會注意到他到底有沒有提供這些東西?而且這兩天內我也完全沒有看過這兩樣物品!! 櫃檯還一直強調說 ,這兩樣東西放在房間衣櫥內,放在吹風機附近, 還拿東西SAMPLE來給我看, 好像懷疑是我們客人拿走了這兩樣東西! 服務真的太差勁了!! 清潔人員自己疏忽沒有提供放在裡面,最後卻懷疑是客人拿走的? 退房那天心情真的很差! 我們當下還說: 你可以直接檢查我們行李箱! 看看裡面是不是有這東西?! 事後也沒有跟我們道歉的意思! 感覺真的超級差!!服務真的做的太差了!!我絕對不會再來的。

空間、景觀、氣氛都很到位，適合蜜月的好地方(記得要選河景房型)
飯店設施一流，頂樓游泳池空間適當且精美，晚上還有池邊bar台搭配河畔夜景，河岸對面為瓦洛落市場，夜間喧鬧聲音大約至11點半左右會消停，房間隔音玻璃效果頗佳~ 房間中央的浴缸很讚~可直接欣賞河景

Hotel location good near Ping river & not so far from night Bazaar.Hotel is a modern design but a little bit small.Staff service just ok.Swimming pool too small but good view on the roof.Hotel send us a cake for our Anniversary that I appreciate.Hotel breakfast is excellent and can eat flexible time (07:00-17:00)

入住兩晚river view deluxe room 渡過3週年結婚假期，之前預先同酒店用e-mail溝通，他們還說為我們安排好蛋糕慶祝，怎知到了後叫他們送上，他們說沒有之後沒有跟進！房間不太乾淨而且沒有拖鞋及牙刷，要他們安排送上，他們就檢查房間應該有，好像我們騙他的！最好的是早餐，很豐富及可以享受到River view,而且早餐時段去到每日五點！

Great services and nice Italian rest. by the river
Spacious room with comfy bedding. Location is convenient, nice view by the Ping river and just few minutes travel to old town by Tuk Tuk. Very good and helpful services of staff in hotels and waiters in the restaurants. Food are nice and the Chef always come out for greeting. The only bad thing is cleanness of towels and toilets.

飯店雖然離古城有一段距離(但是並不是太遠),就在PING RIVER旁,少了喧囂,多了一份悠閒感,值得推薦的是它的早餐用餐時間為早上七點至下午五點,讓想要睡到飽的人,隨時都能吃到早餐

didn't expect the room is so small, can't even open the window in the room as it's face to the main traffic, it's still quite noisy during the mid night as the location is near to the famous bars and restaurants. for me, i feel that this hotel is a little overpriced when compare of the facility, service and room quality i received.

highly recommend hotel to everyone
it's very new and chic hotel, fusion design & comfortable. Just a bit noise as my room nearly the main road, I'll pick the other side next time. But I've no doubt to recommend everyone must try their Italian cusine as by a Italian chef, high quality & fine food, resonable price, good and warm service and nice environment. Also they offer 10% discount to their hotel guest. Moreover, their Thai cusine also wonderful, you can order both Thai food and Italian cusine in the same restaurant. You can't be missed!! I'm not the staff or friends. Just telling you the truth what I'm experienced in their hotel.

Overall a pleasant stay, however the hote could use a renovation. The rooftop pool in particular, the decking wood by the pool is badly worn. The wooden steps into the pool, is a hazard as the wood is ragged.

I like the people who work there. Very friendly, helpful and patient. The room, I didn't like, coz I pay a lot and got a room without balcony, just a window I can not open on the mainstreet, very loudy. The safe I had to reprogramming after each opening. The restaurant was the best. In the evening, I ordered very delicious food. Unfortunately, I could only order à la carte in the morning and no fruit tea only coffee and black tea.

Again at our favorite hotel in Chiang Mai
It is the third or fourth time we stayed at this hotel although about two years ago was the last time. Nice to be recognized by the staff to start with. The hotel has a limited number of rooms - 20 at the most. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Ping river - the same one as last time, so I didn't take room pics. The room is mostly in white. Bed is very comfortable: I always sleep very well here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant is copious with a selection of 4 different choices. The menus have changed and I think the restaurant is now run by a different team or company. Less Western food, but excellent and less pricy Thai food (I did however miss the masaman curry that used to be on the menu). The only disappointment was the swimming pool: they were still working on the one on the roof (well, it did need work) and the 'pool' in the garden is deep enough but very short, and there is no shower.

Unprofessional management. Beware. !! On 2nd night I stayed, after very long day I plan to use swimming pool on rooftop but they close because they have private party up there WITHOUT any notice. Better they notice guess upon check-in, so guess will be plan to avoid.
