Peaceful n cool environment when having breakfast at the pool side restaurant . Linen is clean n air conditioning is cold enough . Only thing in the night, outside the room alley many lizard.

很棒的飯店！
這次住家庭四人房，一張雙人床+兩張單人床，單人床部分不是加大的，盥洗用品有少給一份，環境衛生很棒，隔音還好。有腳踏車免費借用，也有提供迎賓茶，房間還有水果。早餐部分，可能是疫情關係或是住房率不高，熱食部份採現點現做。飯店座落巷弄內，偏當地居民住宅區，晚上安靜，但相對沒有很方便，適合度假！

Will definitely come back.
Breakfast is very good. Hotel staff is really nice. Rooms are very clean and nice. Location is good in that it's in a quiet area with restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Free bikes are available. We rode to the old town in five to ten minutes which was a really nice trip.

Nice hotel with great breakfast
Great Breakfast and customer service. The bathroom setup does not suitabole for shower as water spash out easily making the floor very wet.

Good choice in Chiang Mai
We and friends are not satisfied with the Bathroom Because it is small , lighting is not enough and water is slow. But the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast also is good enough for us though there is not too many different kinds of food.

城市中的寶石，安靜中不失繁華
這酒店環境很安靜，很整潔，一進去就給人放鬆的感覺，而且工作人員會立刻替你提行李進房間。入住手續簡便，前台服務員態度熱情。 我們住的是家庭房，面積４8平方米，有－張雙人床，２張單人床，中間有間隔，因此不會互相阻擾，床間很大很舒適。房中提供生果，有蘋果和香蕉，另有４瓶免費開水在雪柜，非常貼心。 衛生間清潔乾爽，有分隔的淋浴間和浴缸，毛巾亁淨。 酒店有泳池，池水温度约30度，深1.4米，水中乾淨，沒有樹葉等雜物。酒店早餐值得－讚，食物新鮮精美，款色多，煎蛋奄列尤其美味，嫩滑可囗。 酒店離清邁夜市只有７分鐘，可以步行前往，一過橋便可到達。如要去Warorot Market，步行15分鐘便到了。 離開時，酒店代我們叫了一輛的士往機場，車費250泰銖，非常合理。 我們很滿意這酒店，日後會再入住。

My warmest and suprise b day trip
I went to Chiang Mai to celebrate my birthday with my wife. Surprisingly, the hotel had prepared a birthday cake for me with blessing. Another good point is their professional services. They still served us well, although we arrived at the hotel very late. Welcome drinks tasted good. Tourist information were explained clearly. The hotel staff, a young man, told us sbout the places having good foods, how we have transportation and which attractions are worth to go. We are very satisfied with their services

值得入住，有人情味的酒店！！
酒店位置清靜方便，约5分钟到河边便有便利店。去夜市步行十多分鈡便可以。員工態度一流，特别是MS KIANG 给于我們很多的意見及幫助，衷心多謝她！早歺款式不太多但美味！螞蟻比較多，如可以改善就更加好。泳池也可以，消閒渡假首選！適逢太太在入住期中一天生日，酒店送上生日旦糕，很窩心及驚喜。值得推介！

因為看到高人氣的評價所以選擇入住，但也許因為是透過訂房網站訂的特價房，抵達後被安排在最邊間，房間內部的擺設和裝潢雖然還可以，但是卻有一股潮濕的味道，讓人感覺不是很舒服。服務態度親切，早餐也豐富，算是彌補了小小的不滿。

服務人員很親切，設想周到。例如會在入住時介紹周遭旅遊路線，或提醒旅客是否需提前代訂機場Taxi。但房間不算精緻，可乾淨整潔。早餐選擇一般，小而巧。離夜市走路約15分鐘。若不走奢華路線的，這間會是經濟實惠的選擇。

over priced and over rated. Overall poor
We stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Previously attracted to this hotel by its high rating and certificate of excellence. We were looking forward to staying in this hotel before the trip, but when we were heading to this hotel from our first one (Eastin Tan in Nimmanhemin Road), we knew something wrong as the location was not prime with nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the reception staff, who was ok with some smile. He explained clearly what was around and showed us where to go. We were then led to our room and that was the biggest disappointment. Though the room was not small, the furniture and fittings were so old that some of them worn out, e.g. The shower, the mirror in the bathroom. By paying this price, we expected a bath tub, but to the contrary, there was just a small shower area next to the toilet, which the toilet rolls would get wet normally. There were also a lot of insects there in the common area at night. We the looked forward to the breakfast next morning. Gosh, another disappointment. Very limited choice and the yogurt was put under sunshine and was not cold. You would also be eating with mosquitoes. Many red car drivers do not know this place as it was too remote. Even if they know, they tend to charge high for the trip. Definitely not worth the price. It's not cheap at all and you must have better choice out there. This hotel somewhat ruined our holiday. Would surely not stay there again

Nice to offer complimentary bicycle service
Staff speak well English, helpful and nice. A super suprise birthday cake was presented on my birthday. Overall service is good but the room is not as clean as what I expected as I did find opened bath cap hanged on the bathroom when I went into the room on first day.

Well Deserved
We chose this hotel because of its good reputation, and now I have to say that the comments are really useful! The staff are extremely friendly and nice and funny! Even the ones who did the room cleaning for us were always smiling, a real smile. It is not a big or luxurious hotel but it is definitely the best hotel I have ever been to. The swimming pool is not big but it's big enough for us as there were not many people. The breakfast was wonderful and I love the milk bread in particular. It was sooooooo relaxing to eat there as there is a BIG tree outside so it's not too hot even when there's no AC. We saw a squirrel family living on the tree! It was our first stay in Thailand and we had no idea where to visit and how to get there. Yet our trip was wonderful because of their assistance and suggestions. The staff has perfect arrangements for us, including transportation, and they would give us the duration and associated costs in advance. Of course their arrangements were free of charge. It was such a pleasant stay and I will surely stay in the same hotel if I go to Chaing Mai again.

I really like the room and environment here. It was my birthday. The hotel even prepare a cake in my room. Also, what I love here most is the service of renting bikes free & free shuttle bus to the airport. I love here.

Very pleasant experience
Hotel is nice and well organized. All guys are warm and welcome, ready to help you. The breakfast was very delicious. The place is near night market and hotel had bikes to use for free. I love this place!

コロナの影響で昔からいたスタッフが入れ替わり、寂しい限り。フロントのスタッフの笑顔が少なくなったように感じました。10年近くのお付き合いだが、迎えもタクシーに変わり､インターナショナルゲートからドメスティックゲートを通り抜ける長い徒歩にも関わらず荷物のサポートもないのは残念。
