職員十分有善，適時地提供服務，很棒。房間整潔舒適。酒店地點不是很熱鬧的地區，但附近不遠處還是能找到便利店及餐廳。酒店晚上是會聽到飛機的聲音。

Queit and nice
There was free shuttle to Nimman and quite convenient. We have our room upgraded and have a great view of golf ground. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful.

這酒店是第2次入住，一如以往，性價比高。酒店內餐廳食物品質高，價錢非常合理。會再次入住。。。唯一缺點是需在大街行入去，但如自駕遊就非常方便。。因酒店位於寧曼路同舊城中間，只需10分鐘便可到這兩個地方。離機塲亦是15分鐘左右車程。。值得推介

Very friendly staffs and comfortable room.
when we call the shuttle service, hotel staffs reply immediately and the car have arrived within 10 mins. Rooms are very clean and free snacks including fruit juice, coke, coffee, tea and peanuts are provided.

nice new hotel
very clean and comfortable. new hotel, with nice bed and shower. the pool is small and the location is not nearby of the main shopping area. Recommend to both couples or single tourists. Fair price.

乾淨又美麗舒適的住宿
飯店房間非常的寬敞舒適，這次入住帶小客廳跟廚房的房型，每日都有提供小點心跟飲料。飯店的員工也很親切，早餐相當好吃，旁邊還有小游泳池，小孩玩得非常開心，只是泳池小了一些。 飯店距離大馬路有段大約走路5分鐘的距離，但有提供嘟嘟車接駁，路上還有自助洗衣店，整體而言算是相當好的住宿體驗。

Nice Hotel
Hyde Park Hotel have nice staff, they always smile to you an the hotel is in a quiet location. Hotel have tuktuk car will send us to main road and very easy to old town and new fashion area.The breakfast is delicious and the black coffee and Latte is very good as well.We have a awesome stay here and will visit it again by next trip to Chiangmai.

我不是常常入住後評心得的 但這酒店真的真的令我有6星級嘅感覺 環境非常優美之餘，十分潔淨，光猛，服務員貼心 前枱職員比起6星級嘅酒店員工更好 能為你安排所有你需要的，由安排車接送到主動幫你找餐廳，預定其他spa，所有野都能幫你安排好 我住了4晚，兩層嘅覆式，到套房。好新好整潔。 另外要大大力推介酒店入邊嘅餐廳 59cafe 太太太好味，就算清邁有好多好野食，我都要每日食一餐酒店餐廳嘅野食。好新鮮，好有心機，每個伴碟嘅伴菜沙律菜都好新鮮，三文治勁好食，黑椒汁勁香 仲有Thai milk tea, mint mocha 所有都只有讚 酒店令到我清邁之旅陪添完美，所有都太美好

If you are going to drive during stay, highly recommended as it's quite far away from main road. Brand new, great breakfast. I definitely will stay there again.

I loved this hotel. I had a beautiful room with 2 baths,with a loft bed upstairs (bathroom 2 up there) Fridge, sitting area, desk and more. GREAT value and the staff were awesome. There is a restaurant on site (good coffee choices) and although its not busy(not sure why) the food is very good, great pad thai!

The staff has been amazing and treat us like VIP from the beginning to the time we leave. For example, security guard carried your luggage to the reception at check in, staff greeted you when you see them with respect and kindness, open front door for us many times when they were present. We were treated with 5 star service at this 4 star resort and never felt once they want anything in return. It is very clean and genuinely nice atmosphere. Restaurant staff were attentive and catering as well as the fitness and pool area. House keeping staff well kept and cleaned daily of our room with due care. We absolutely have nothing negative to say about the resort but to praise and recommend for anyone. Amazing experience that we were so pampered and very well done! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!!!!
