整體而言，尚可。但酒店比較舊，雖然 gust room upgrade to business. 但房內設施有破損 (電制) , 沐浴水力及熱度不足，但酒店位置很好，價錢合理。

泳池設施很好而且好美。地區方便購物和飲食。隣近夜市，不用擔心太夜入住而找不到地方吃晚飯。酒店房間夠大夠寬敞。附近很多收費便宜的按摩店。三日兩夜的行程，盡情吃喝按摩和休息，非常適合。

地點取勝的老飯店

從房間的格局及裝潢，可以知道是很有歷史的飯店。浴室的設計很不便利，蓮蓬頭也是固定式，不好用。不過地點很好，走路就是夜市及Big C賣場。

extremely convenience, spacious. But the quality and varity of breakfast is needed to improve. Customer service is quite good. Base on the location, I will book again when I revisit Chiang Mai.

Old and Poor Facilities Hotel

The facilities are very poor, the room is not clean and the drainage system in the bathroom is horrible, causing flooding when having a bath.

靠近夜市

住了3晚，第一晚也感覺不錯，点知第二日隔離房有人入住吧，隔音超超差。行路也聽刭，何況他們是家庭式，他們冲涼，去厕所也全聽到。冲涼水喉聲跟裝修低一点聲亮。可想而知多困擾。最主要隔音超差，包早餐刭第三天也不吃，食物不夠熱，餐卓污穢，見刭也没胃口。一定不再入住。這價錢有更好選擇。

酒店設施太舊，房租貴不值。

酒店殘舊，半夜三点半天花板發出嘈音不能入睡，職員檢查後给我們換夜，酒店基本設施牙膏牙刷也没有供應。

性價比高！不想花太多錢，就這間吧

酒店設施是舊式隔局而且不新的感覺，因為價錢很便宜，而且設施齊全，其實已經不錯，房間高樓層就要等一下電梯，房間的整潔不錯，留意玻璃瓶的水不用錢，塑膠瓶的水是要錢的，隔音是一般，早餐不錯，大堂職員很熱心幫助而且好人，幫我約了central festival 的免費酒店車接送。大堂門口向左走一段路就見到Super rich兌錢大堂門口向右走再左行就會去附近夜市，途中有路邊檔可逛，走路不會覺得很遠。而去古城周日市場需要走一段路，建議使用交通工具。希望幫到你們。

生活機能方便的飯店

附近生活機能很方便，有平價按摩店、匯率好的換錢所、小賣場、夜市，晚上吃東西也方便，雖然在古城外，但也是很推薦的地方，如果從假日市集走回來，也是很方便的，有個小小的缺點就是電梯不好等。

Great location but facilities old

Stayed 4 nights at 12/F Business Room Great location. Nice breakfast. Good Gym Room. Old hotel gotta renovate as soon. Room clean and tidy fair. Pool design is good but tiles was damaged everywhere (my hubby got hurt). Combine twin beds as our double bed booked, however, the fixed lamp obstructed either pillow (just 2 inches in front of my face while sleeping).

酒店服務差設施還不錯自助早餐性價比高

house keeping 員工水準差工作馬虎房間整理非職業水準很隨意房間每天補充項目例:毛巾飲用水免費飲品等，都非常馬虎，得過且過，欠缺項目在知會後亦不及時供應。接線生態度無禮，溝通過程中竟然掛線，視客人如無物. 很失望。
