酒店人员服务不错。看到我又带幼龄儿童让我提早入住。可是安排到的房间不太干净，一进屋风扇是开着的，当一关的时候看到很厚的灰尘在风扇那里，冰箱厨里有灰尘，电视开不到大声，没有保险箱，褒水的厨门也残旧到要塌了。厕所浴缸墙和上方也肮脏。希望酒店能注意注意。毕竟要住两晚或者以上感觉满难过的。而且第一晚的枕头套也有点肮脏。可是个人满喜欢外面的风景。希望下次入住会很更好

传奇珍拉丁湾度假酒店是个还酒店, 哈哈
很好的度假村酒店 房间里的设施很新,几乎每个房都有阳台,有一半能看见海景, 并且有座椅和茶几,要不是蚊子凶猛,可以坐在阳台看海景. 呵呵 泳池很好,许多儿童嬉戏, 深水区忒浅了没劲 餐厅环境很好,食物品质好而且价格也不贵,入住时给的20%的折扣券,服务人员也很好 唯一的遗憾是,海水混浊,浪太大了,没法下去游泳,只能坐在海滩躺椅上晒太阳

Nice hotel, good swimming pools right next to beach. ATV on beach was fun. Breakfast was satisfying. Rabbit feeding was a hit with my 2 nieces. Overall we had a very nice holiday at a nice hotel at an affordable price. I would happily return here for another holiday.

Defects but still enjoyed. Beautiful resort
A beautiful place.. cleanliness is well maintained, friendly staffs, and overall is good.. I would definitely recommend this hotel. And definitely would be my choice talking about cherating. Sadly the room I stayed, the shower did not function, fan had a loud noise and the water got stuck caused the toilet to be wet. Besides that, the gym is badly maintained with rusty dumbbells. The food in the hotel was really good and quality.

below par and expectation
hotel needs a complete makeover...wifi, toilets drainage was not working. room was not clean and there was a stale smell. toilet doors and fungus growing on it etc. definitely a 2 star and below property

Nice location at the beach
Very nice location just at the beach with an amazing pool! We stayed only for one night, but could have taken one more. The hotel is not in that good shape, but it is clean. The restaurant served fine not great food.

A long beach and with beautiful sunset too. Swimming pool is great experience too. The hotel have 2 pools: for swimming and for playing pool activities. Greatest disappointment: room air conditioner is not functioning well at all, toilets amenities, toilet need to be upgraded, the room need to be upgraded too.

Resort does not live up to expectations
The resort did not live up to the overall expectation. Firstly, the website gives a false impression of the way the resort looks like when you actually arrive there. The resort looks very old and run down and needs major refurbishment. The service was unsatisfactory throughout the stay. Understand that it is peak season, but the level of service should not be compromised. The housekeeping service was very poor, as bathroom amenities were not changed on a daily basis and cleaning was not done until a few phone calls later to the housekeeping department. There were unsightly stains on the bed comforter as well. The website has stated that the particular grand deluxe sea view room has been "recently refurbished" but it did not look like it was. It was a disappointment and a "rip off" for the price paid for that particular room type. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to stay in this resort.

Rooms are old. Reception area and dining area are old. Please refurbish! Especially the rooms! But the pool and beach area is fantastic. Great layout and furniture arrangement too.

Family holiday in Cherating
Overall an enjoyable trip to Cherating. Able to explore Kemaman and Kuantan. Also had a good adventure at Monica Bay looking out for the turtles. We also spent lots of our time enjoying the hotel swimming pool and the beach. In spite of the run-down condition of the hotel, Legend does have a very nice pool.

The hotel is really run down, check in to room 146, the room is in old condition and not proper maintain. Sliding door to the balcony spoilt, shower head spoilt, aircon was spoilt and found in midnight, have to arrange for change room. Overall not worth for staying.

Nice beach hotel
The hotel is great as it is beside the beautiful beach. Suitable for family with kids or couple. Kids can enjoy lot of fun activities such as batik DIY, rabbit feeding, swimming in the pools, building sand castle, ride ATV etc. However, the room a bit run down and staff performance can further improve especially the foreign worker. Will consider to come back again.

Hotel with well maintained beach
Nice and clean beach...well maintained. Good Swimming pool with ample of beach lounge chairs. Staf friendly and buffet breakfast fairly good..kept warm for late guests. Changed room after the first room provided was dirty. Toilet was foul smelling even after cleaning. The second room was clean and offered a good view of the sea...paid extra for sea view. 20% off for food & beverage during booking was not applicable.

Dirty room, not enough staff,
Stayed here for 2 days over the bank holiday weekend, queue to check in took 45 minutes, was put in a smoking room even though requested a none smoking room. Requested an extra bed and it wasn't provided. Electrics in the room fused and was left in darkness for half an hour. It was very dirty under the beds, and old packets of chips found in the room. The pool was quite nice, but not enough chairs and sun loungers.

Nice beach, but the hotel is overpriced in Expedia
The beach is very nice. Warm water and soft sand. The Expedia price was too high for the comfort we received. The hotel used to be good, but now it is on its down side. The room was spacious and the bedding comfortable. The food choices were very limited. The bar by the beach is a must for the evenings, to watch the moon rise over a bucket of beer. The waiter will make his best to give you the best service. The breakfast is below average, mostly malay food with some western options. The coffee was good and the fresh roti (flat bread) was also ok. No fresh juices offered. The swimming pool was overcrowded almost all the time. Passenger used the balcony to hang their clothes to dry.

We booked the Grand Deluxe Room with King sized bed but when we checked in, they only provide us with two single beds. When called to ask, they asked us to combine the beds together. I mean.. Cool? Totally NOT! But since I am on a holiday, so we decided to chill. Rooms were filled with sands, I mean I understand that its by the beach but that doesnt mean that the room had to be sandy when we checked-in in the first place. Overall its quite a nice place to stay if everything is kept alright.

1970 Facilities at 2017 Prices
Overpriced for what it offers. This hotel is a tired old girl that still pretends to command top prices but offers on the whole mediocrity. I don't blame the staff, they are doing their best under difficult circumstances. I entirely blame the Hotel owners who think its right to demand top prices & deliver the minimum the have to. Annoyingly even though prices are high for the state of the facilities, they still charge extra for cafe latte & even squash racquets- irritations but a sign of the intent from Management & Owners alike. Would we ever stay at this hotel again? Nope. Hotel needs a total refurbishment.

Fantastic Resort
I had a fantastic time at this resort. I'd say the best experience would be 4 or 5 days long, any longer and you start to stagnate as there is not much to do in the area other than the tourist activities posted at the resort (I highly recommend the firefly river cruise). Resort staff are excellent, Terry was VERY helpful and pleasant and fun to talk to. Wish it was all-inclusive, or that all-inclusive was an option, that would have been top-notch. The bedroom was very spacious and had a balcony and an incredible view. The food at the dining hall was truly excellent, offering a mix of North American, European and Asian dishes. The pool is wonderful and looked clean. There are a lot of shops just outside the resort offering various goods, but not much in terms of going out to eat, it's all pretty typical Malaysian food stalls offering the same things, and dozens of "Keropok Lemak" stalls (they make them on the spot with freshly caught fish). The ocean is right there too, though I didn't go for a swim because, usually, when you don't see anyone else swimming, they might know something you don't, and so I didn't risk it (I didn't see anyone swimming in the ocean during my 9 days there). All things considered, I had a wonderful time, the resort did everything right and allowed me to relax for a week. But if you want to have 2 weeks of activities, this isn't the best location for that, this is a place you come to relax, or to stop a few days while touring the country.
