Comfortable stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly and nice, introduced the facilities of its hotel and provide luggage storage. It located near the bus station (Český Krumlov - Špičák) just 5 minutes walk. Shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby. Just 8-10 mins walk, can arrive the main street, and the castle. Highly recommend!

有點失望
在此酒店住了兩晚，第一天完全無問題，但第二天預到有兩個旅行團入住，問題便出現了，晚上九時回酒店準備洗澡，但水温只是暖暖的，而外面氣温是零下12度，水温不足，通知大堂職員查詢，竟回覆因全酒店爆滿，可能同一時間洗澡關係，熱水爐應付不了，叫我晚一点才洗澡，我無言了 ! 四星酒店居然熱水不足？ 早上起床往酒店餐廳享受自助早餐，又是客人眾多，但只得兩位職員工作，熱鮮奶缺了，但無人填補，而我需要多一個荼匙，向職員用英語講出需要，職員居然連這點簡單英語都聽不明，我暈了，怎能稱為四星酒店呢？對此酒店有一點失望

一个古城里的酒店
酒店位置很好，在古城中，但从汽车站拖着箱子走来有点麻烦，路途不远，可都是老路，行李拖起来困难。酒店的服务很一般，也许是接待团队多的原因，进出前台都不理人，房间没有烧热水的，要喝得去餐厅取，不太方便，道是所有的酒店用品全是欧舒丹的，感觉有档次。住了两晚，碰到好几拨中国团入住。

酒店离城堡大门就3分钟的路程，位置不错，且离公路不太远，打的去汽车总站比较方便，不用推着行李在小镇不平的路上费劲

客房好小，僅有床邊四週和門前通道可行走空間，房間有霉味，窗戶小，感覺像在地下0.5樓的位置，窗外只見施工景緻和草，房間隔壁就是room service,隔音差，一早就被房務人員走路及談話聲吵醒，我不明白為何事先一，兩個星期就預訂好的房間狀況跟想像差很大，感覺來到二星飯店房間，公設部份還不錯

Wifi connection virtially non existent.
not worth the momey. the internet connection in room was virtually non existent. no lift to level 4 (only to 3rd floor). no toaster for breakfast. don't leave your liggage there because they just put your luggage on the floor unattended and no receipt was issued for your luggage.

Lovely little town!
No air conditioner! Not a choice during summer time. We went to CK in April, so it's alright to open the window at night to get cool air. We were put on the very top floor and the room was quite small because of the roof. Clean and comfortable room We asked for twin bed room. Turned out, it's two single bed putting together. No space to separate the two beds. So I feel like its a double bed rather than twin bed. Nice breakfast. A wide variety of tea to choose. We arrived early, staff let us check in without extra charge!

The hotel is in a good location and it is convenient to visit all the highlights. The only thing is the hotel charged me over 1000 for tax. I didn’t ask but now when I compare to my stay in Prague for four nights and the tax was much less. I can’t understand why this hotel charge that much.

バス停から近くて便利です。旧市街への橋が工事中で遠回りしましたが、橋を通れば旧市街へも10分かからないと思います。バスタブもあり、快適でした。
