「What an incredible amazing venue. So quirky to be able to stay in a castle. Everything was excellent. The room spacious, very clean and with great facilities. The castle was decorated beautifully with exquisite art pieces and features. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All of the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. A lovely gesture to have an honesty bar too. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to return next year.」

「The family room in the eaves was perfect for us. The meals were great. For Coastal Path Walkers, it's a long hike from Newport. There's a lovely (but not very direct path) just north of the Iron Bridge.」

「A little bit off the beaten track, was nervous on arrival as big old car park was empty and there was a 1 star EHO rating advertised on the door. Bit of a mixed bag inside ranging from Formica tables to snug fire places and old farming objèt d'art on the walls. Check was easy. Room was very good, completly different vibe than down stairs. Menu was limited but all looked good. Skipped breakfast as was up too early. 」

「Covid friendly stay with all rules followed to ensure safety of guests. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Local beers on sale in the bar are worth a go. Set off the beaten track so you'll need a car to get about but Newport well worth a visit as was lower Fishguard.」

「Der Ort ist nicht wie auf der Expedia Seite angegeben Nähe Küste sondern landeinwärts Höhe Fishguard. Da mir das vorher nicht klar war, bin ich einen Umweg gefahren und herumgeirrt, bis mir eine nette Frau geholfen hat. Aber Lilwen, die Gastgeberin war super nett und sich sehr um einen gekümmert. 」

「Very pretty cottage. Close to the train station and taxis, and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Foot Path (breath-taking views). An easy walk into Fishguard and restaurants, pubs, grocery store, etc. We give the bed an “8” for comfort, but everything else was perfect or better! The owners left us a bottle of wine and some Welsh cookies, there was plenty of hot water, and the locals were friendly, relaxed and helpful.」
