「Excellent place to stay. No complaints. Just one suggestion. Room staff should be trained to check & turn clock alarm off. It is terrible tp be woken by an alarm I did not set. I could not turn off daily alarm so unplugged it, leaving me with no clock in the room. 」

「This is a wonderful hotel to stay at, certainly our favourite in Edmonton now. Love the extra large/long hot tub & the well-heated pool, just cool enough to be refreshing. The beds were comfy with new firm mattresses & the room was very nice. This is a very pet-friendly hotel & we enjoyed the outside dog run & separate entrance.」

「Reception for the hotel isn’t 24/7, I got off a plane and arrived at 7am at the hotel and had to wait outside in the cold until 8am. For me this isn’t conducive of a hotel, hotels are supposed to be 24 hours for people to find accommodations for the night. Overall I liked the stay and the restaurant is great! 」

「Came here to attend a conference. Rooms and areas are very outdated yet great service extremely welcoming and helpful staff at reception. Did not use dining room. Lunch served at conference excellent. Place surrounded by a few unfortunate homeless . Despite everything I will give it a 8/10 rating. This place served my purpose for my conference overnight stop 」

「A bit expensive for a hotel without included breakfast. The downtown area and neighborhoods to the North and East are struggling with homelessness, crime and drug abuse. We witnessed two incidents within minutes of leaving the hotel for the first time in the late afternoon. So be careful especially if you're traveling alone or going home at night. There was a falsely added parking fee to our bill from the 4th day of our stay, which made no sense as we had no such request and immediately said...

「The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?」

「The check in was a nightmare because the computers were down. There. We’re 50 people trying to check in. The staff was incredible and dealt with it pleasantly and as well as they could have. They gave free cookies to people in line while they tried to get everything back up. It turned out to be a great experience even with the long wait. Great job staff」
