「We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. 「We love the design of this resort which has generously sized rooms and balconies. The property is one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces. The staff is friendly and professional - and are very responsive to questions and needs. Kitchen space is very convenient. The free breakfast is excellent with a hot breakfast buffet, in additional to continental breakfast choices. We love the walkable neighborhood and the proximity to a small shopping area....
