Hi Judy, Thanks for your review, and I'm sorry about the car parking situation - regrettably not an easy one to fix as it is how the building was designed - and it can get busy during the week but as you've pointed out there is plenty of free street parking in the areas around our Hotel. We do try to make sure everyone is aware of this situation prior to booking, and have reviewed our listings on Expedia and Wotif to make sure it is clear. Let us know if you are coming back again and we can try to help manage that for you!

I would like to apologize for this interruption to your stay, our staff genuinely thought they had resolved the issue on the first night, which unfortunately was not the case. I have spent the beginning of this week investigating, speaking with all staff, and planning retraining to ensure that this does not happen again.
