「Awesome」

「Reserved 2 rooms, one for my family and one for my dad. Our room was fine but my dad’s room had the oddest smell and he could not stay there. They gave us another room that smelled like smoke even though they said it was a non smoking hotel. My dad has COOD so it wasn’t an option. There were no more room available. The guy at the front didn’t seem to believe us that the rooms were bad. Had to go drive around and find my dad another room. They did refund for the room we didn’t use but we’re...
