I made a reservation for 3 rooms for a one night stay. I did not receive a confirmation number, and I tried to call to confirm. There was no record of my reservations and the hotel was now sold out.I needed to scramble and book another hotel further from my venue. The day prior to my arrival date, I got emails that I could pre-check in. I called to explain and was assured that my reservations never existed and I would not be charged. I’m now getting “how was your stay?” emails for 3 rooms. Confused!!

Clean and comfortable. Heard hallway noise and would've loved a pool, but Marriott always comes through with consistent hotel stays.
