We typically choose a hotel for the pool. This pool was TINY and super hot like a sauna. It is actually more the size of a large hot tub rather than a pool. At one point there were 10 people in the pool and I felt like there should have been limited. If my 4 year old didn't beg me to go in I would have avoided it all together.

I waqs not happy with this experience and the claening lady that i askl politly for more towels to me no to call the front desk i also went to the restaurant an waited over 2 hours to be served then to top ir of i wanted to extend my stay was told all set and got brand new keys for my room was in my room for a couple hours and then was removed because the room was never renewed when i was told it was

the room was awful for the price, for any price for that matter. I had a lamp that was literally duct taped together because it was broken. I had paint peeling off the ceiling. Rust on the mirror in the bathroom. The furniture had been so worn down on the edges that the brown was gone in places. The rug was frayed. This for $260 per night?? I had stayed here for years I was so disappointed I will not return again.

I’ve been all over the Boston area & have to say this property is the one I’m committed to over them all as a weekly traveler from NY!!! The front desk personnel is amazing & accommodating! Jared is an asset to this team, I am very happy everytime I stay at Crowne Plaza. Their breakfast buffets is delish & would recommend this property for anyone that expects stellar service & comfort. This Texan is a forever customer.

Mai (front desk associate) made checking in a breeze. She was fast, efficient, and very professional. The female host in SCOREBOARD was wonderful. She enabled my daughter and I to get a table to eat dinner on Saturday night. The 2 males at the door told us we had to leave even though we were guests at the hotel.

So as always the staff took care of me like i am family,As with any hotel room there were a couple of little things that could have been better but they impacted our stay not at all.The restaurant here has really good food very fairly priced and the pool is small but warm .All in all a bargain and a vastly underrated hotel!
