The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. The room was set up like a very clean dorm room but fit my needs and pocketbook very nicely. The only thing I would suggest is to provide a front desk phone number for patrons to call with questions.

Great location, right next to TD Garden, north station and within walking distance of a number of great restaurants. Super friendly staff and I loved hanging in the “living room” (lobby)

We had the city view room and nothing could beat that Boston city skyline. Room was smaller than expected however cozy. Security was top notch so no unexpected visitors. We paid for breakfast one morning and it was great with lots of different options. The “living room’ has a fun “family” feel to it. Went to a Celtics game and the 2 minute walk back to our room was amazing. Easy access to the subway system. Highly recommend this hotel! Staff was top notch too!

Fantasy venue for solo or group travelers. A bit small for a young family but it’s right in downtown next to some great dining options and public transportation that can get you anywhere you really would want to go. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel right beside TD Garden Arena. Was able to check in early with no hassle. Room was small but very comfortable and appeared very clean. There is a food hall next door with plenty of food options, also there is direct access to the subway as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The ironing room did not work. The water took forever to get warm. In an ADA room which was fine but the drain was not prepared appropriately and water 6 inches outside of shower on main bathroom floor. Unsafe. Shampoo dispensers did not work. Noisy! Will not return
