The wedge salad we ordered was unedible. We should have given it back to kitchen. I'm not sure about cleanliness of sheets and when i 1st entered room it smelled very musty. I opened small window to air out room. Phone service was terrible at first, no one answered the phone on 3 calls. Toilet seat was loose. Everything else we loved!

Lack of communication about the water problem when we check-in

The staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was way too hot and the heat would not shut off to the point we had to open the window. The bed was amazing but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The room was clean although the lounge/couch was stained and uninviting. The refrigerator was not working although sadly we did not realize until we went to get the food out and it was spoiled. The staff did have it fixed but did not stay working.

The facility was clean. Only one elevator worked, but that was not a problem. The refrigerator in the room stopped cooling on day 2. The beds were comfortable. The staff was highly accommodating and helpful.

Quite disappointing that there was only one functioning elevator out of three with a sold out Marriott. Otherwise it was very pleseant.
