地理位置佳 房間在一樓 出來就是游泳池 晚上都有免費的live 音樂可以聽 服務人員態度都很客氣和善 整理房間時還折了隻大象送給我們 住宿五晚 最後一天凌晨離開還貼心的準備早餐給我們外帶 值得推薦的飯店

CP值不高
酒店沒什麼設備之前的翻新但也舊了 泳池很小也很髒 房間浴室老舊跟照片差很多 浴缸也很髒 房間打掃的有點隨便 浴室沐浴乳沒了也沒補 飯店餐廳有演唱但房間隔音不好都聽的到連外面有人走來走去都聽的到 優點是工作人員態度非常好 地點很方便

飯店就在第二區，房間走出去1分鐘就到沙灘，超級方便～尤其沙灘玩完就可直接馬上回房間清潔，早餐種類有點少，比較可惜！

Nice Hotel At Saction 2
Nice lacation at Saction 2, Quite close to D'mall and any restuarent. And the room is clean and cozy as well. Nice experience.

The price is a bit too high; however the hotel location is super. The live band in front of the hotel is another attraction. One suggestion is to sing some 70's good old song be better.

很好的住宿體驗
飯店整體乾淨清爽，房間內部中規中矩，飯店附近很便利，海灘很美，晚上坐在房間陽台聽海灘酒吧live band演唱是我最喜歡的時刻。值得一提的是文華飯店的SPA，這次去長灘島做SPA的體驗中最喜歡的就是它了。

他們的服務很好。女老闆十分關心客人。我發現航空公司的突然取消班機時，希望他們幫忙聯絡。他們都十分積極而且用心。感覺不錯。 只是酒店房間的設備有點舊。

飯店人員以及經理非常NICE，幫了我們許多忙~ 我們住了2種房型，一種是1F位於泳池邊的房型，浴室相對大，有獨立浴缸以及淋浴和馬桶各分開；另一種是2樓房型面飯店泳池，陽台右邊可看到部分海景，陽台可涼泳衣物。 飯店內看起來有點歷史，但整體是乾淨。 可以藉浴巾到前面Mandrain的海灘使用，回到飯店可以到泳池前方洗腳，或是泳池左側有淋浴，把細沙沖掉。 早餐自助bar，我們覺得還不錯吃(米飯好吃)，餐廳也有提供晚餐(不包含在飯店房價內)，外場有樂團駐唱，這區在S2，會很熱鬧直到晚上約12:00，我們很享受度假的感覺，所以當門窗關起來還會聽到音樂聲，對我們是不會有影響的，我們很enjoy，但若睡眠品質不好的人，需要考慮是否選擇S2以外的飯店，因為這一帶很熱鬧，有很豐富的夜生活~ 很推薦Mandrain的SPA！非常舒服！可以先booking時段，服務的人員也非常的親切！ SPA有獨立換衣間&淋浴間，也可以選擇是否和同行的人在同一間一起SAP~ 飯店位置相當便利，就在Dmall旁邊，面對飯店往左邊走一下下就到了，要搭車就往飯店右邊走，沙灘就在飯店前面，位置絕佳！ 飯店有提供到機場接送的付費服務，非常值得！ 搭車到港口，換快艇上岸後轉接駁車去搭巴士前往機場，一路非常有效率且順利！GOOD~

Good beachfront hotel
Nice location in Boracay. Easy to go everywhere. Only need to remind if you like a quiet room to sleep. Don't choose the first floor. Because hotel near some clubs. A bit noisy at night.

飯店很舊很老周邊方便但很噪，適合不怕噪的人，服務人員服務還滿好的，現場live到12點結束，附近的pub到零晨三點房間內還可感受到振動，以後不會選S2的飯店

There's live band out of the hotel, we enjoy it in the evening. However, the singer keeps singing till 00:00.. If you want to have a good sleep.. it's a bit difficult.. it depends on what you need...

地点在station2全沙灘正中心,步行出沙灘行近.車不到洒店門口,要拖行李步行10分钟.
可以值得一住.但有些收費比較另人想不通,不小心把黑顏料弄污在床單上和毛巾上,但酒店職員說要收取HK$約300元清潔費用本人第一次預到這情况!!!!!!!

位置方便，房間設備很不錯
Mandarin位置離Dmall只需步行不到3分鐘，相當方便。入住期間，不至於有其他網友所說的會很吵，但多多少少能聽到微微的音樂聲，就當是享受嚕XD。不過Mandarin在沙灘路上還蠻不顯眼的，我們來回走了2次才發現他^^"

Great Location, 推薦給喜歡熱鬧,喜歡夜生活,音樂的旅客
飯店硬體設施看得出歲月的痕跡(ex:浴室浴簾杆快鬆脫,廁所門框已有水痕,風化痕跡,造成門不好開關,窗簾也不好拉上) 以2個人使用來說, 房間內的空間相當足夠, 有提供傘, 浴袍, 拖鞋可使用 飯店的location非常好!!!!!!沙灘旁,離開飯店1分鐘就可以到海裡面,還可使用飯店的遮陽傘, 走路10分鐘可到D-Mall, 另一個方向可到d'talipapa. 每天晚上有Live Band, 唱英文流行歌曲, 在房間內可聽到, 聲音滿大的,唱到快12點. 如果需要非常安靜睡眠的人可能不適合. 飯店員工非常友善,也非常樂意協助, 第三天換飯店時,飯店還派行李員幫忙推行李至dmall,還陪我們等到下一個飯店的人接到我們

Impressive transportation accommodation from and to the airport with private vans and motor boats. All the staffs are courteous and helpful. Most of all, breakfast is superb.

We love Mandarin Island Hotel in Boracay. VIP treatment from arrival airport shuttle pick up to the tourism office, to boat ride and shuttle ride to the hotel, and when we reached the hotel, their staff greeted us warmly with fresh face towel & welcoming drinks. We were upgraded to an Executive suite without any extra fees. We were treated like a VIP, from the airport arrival, to our stay, to the check out and back to airport departure. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Shout out to Mrs Po- the humble General manager, Jeff, guest relations officer, to ALL the front desk staff, Room attendants and the restaurant attendants, they're all dedicated, hardworking and very respectful staffs. Keep up the good work and thank you ALL for the EXCELLENT service you provided to us first timers, and we'll make sure to go back to Boracay and stay at Mandarin Island Hotel.

Friendly and very accommodating staffs. They greet you with a smile every time they see you, and response quickly to services. Room is clean with hair dryer, lotions, razors, soaps, shower hairnets, robes, slippers, umbrellas, bags, electric water heater for coffee and teas provided, 2 bottles of refillable water, mini refrigerator conceals in a cabinet. Excellent breakfast with daily varieties.

This was our 1st time in Boracay. We stayed here for 3 nights. Very welcoming & attentive staff, always willing to provide assistance. Especially GM Ms Lily Po. She even gave us a little history of the property & updates of Boracay. Great service with transportation to/from airport. Great location as well being beachfront. Eventhough, it’s busy outside of resort, it’s quiet inside our room once window/door is closed. Good food selection for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Centrally located in Station 2 by the beach, close to shops, restaurants and water activities. Courteous and responsive staff to all our needs. We walked around and checked out other hotels and evening entertainment but ended up right back at the hotel. This is now our go to hotel every time we come to Boracay. We met the GM, Lily, who was very nice and asked us for any feedback on how to improve things. We were honest and told her about the noise from the guests above us on our last night. She was apologetic and said the party was suppose to end at 11pm. That was the only spoiler. Otherwise, everything was great!
