The property is not well maintained and quality of room on the very low end. I was in a room with a wall sconce next to the bed that had an obvious wiring issue complete with crackling noise and lightbulb flickering like in a horror movie. Moved to other side of bed and discovered wall outlet didn’t work. You only get shampoo and soap. The blankets are thin. They don’t vacuum. The floor was sticky. No stoppers in sink or bath drain.

The beds and bedding were full of cigarette burns in a nonsmoking room. The bathroom was filthy, doors were not secured and doors to room looked like plywood, we were in the room for 10 minutes and left, it was better to drive 4 hours home than to stay in this horrible place

Room could’ve been cleaned better. Staff was not accommodating. Walls were thin and could hear people in other rooms as well as outside. Construction noises woke us up in the morning.

The management charged a $100 deposit. I was told twice that this would be returned when I checked out. This sounded all wrong to me. My deposit was not returned and I was told I would get it back on my credit card in about a week. Then the clerk warned me that a lot of people have not gotten their deposit back. I will not stay in a Travelodge again, and I am considering not staying in any Wyndham. And I don’t plan on using expedia again. This was a ridiculous action and a horrible experience.

When we checked in there were no towels in our room. The towels that were provided eventually were so thin it's laughable. Larry at the front desk is fantastic and was the saving grace of our stay!

Would not reccommend.
I checked in very late for my reservation (2 am), and was surprised to find out that this location required an additional $100 deposit on top of the room rate, so I ran across the street to the ATM to get the cash. I have never had to pay an extra deposit on a room, so that wasn’t great. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice, however, and offered to help me get my bags up to my room. The room was tidy, but there appeared to be mildew or mold in the corners of the shower, so I chose not to use it. Not a huge deal since it was just one night’s stay but if it had been 2 nights or more, I likely would have asked for a different room. The checkout time was 11:00 am, but the housekeeping staff started knocking on my door at 10:00 asking if I was close to checking out yet. Even after I said I would be checking out around 10:30, they kept knocking on my door every 10 minutes or so, asking if I was done so they could get in and clean the room. I could understand if it was past the 11:00 checkout time, but it wasn’t. I did not appreciate that at all. I feel like the room is mine to enjoy peacefully up until checkout time. I shouldn’t be repeatedly bothered or made to feel rushed before then. However, the gentleman at the front desk who checked me out was very professional. Despite how good both front desk employees were, I won’t stay at a Travelodge again. The cash deposit, moldy shower & housekeeping staff were unacceptable for a room no less expensive than much nicer places.

Larry on nights was awesome, very helpful, made sure I was taken care of and was very friendly. Very good customer service and looks out for the customer if possible. Awesome guy!! Housekeeping iwas very pushy. I work third shift so when I go to sleep the last thing I want is to be woke up to demanding housekeeping, and coming in propping my door open for trash and towels. If I don't check out,then truthfully there is no need in knocking on my door at 830am and keep knocking til I answer. That's just rude. Other than that everything is good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was charged a fee for damaged towels. Didn't know you could damage towels by taking a shower, total scam. Housekeeping are aggressive when it comes to check out. Knocked on my door several times way before the checkout at 11. Will not catch me staying here ever again.
